- You probably already know that the inclined planes on the Elbląg Canal are a marvel of 19th-century hydrotechnics, featuring machinery unique on a global scale, powered solely by water power.
- During this cruise, we naturally sail on water, but we also ride on a carriage (uniquely!) over the railway tracks of the inclined plane. This happens 4 times: we emerge from the water, board the carriage, descend on the carriage, and disembark back into the water – this ritual takes place on 4 consecutive inclined planes: Buczyniec (20.6 m water level difference), Kąty (18.9 m), Oleśnica (24.2 m), and Jelenie (21.9 m).
- In total, thanks to these 4 hydrotechnical structures, we descend vertically (sailing and riding) by 85.7 meters in height! To complete the full experience, only one inclined plane remains, located near Jelenie and the smallest in height, Całuny (13.8 m) – but its operating principle is almost identical, and it can easily be visited on foot, by bike, or on another cruise with our shipping line.
- This is relatively the shortest cruise along the inclined planes, yet being on the upper deck of the ship still provides unforgettable impressions and views of the vast surrounding landscape – from the slopes of the hills of former Oberland.

The cruise is operated by a double-decker vessel.
On the lower deck, there are 55 seats at tables, while the upper observation deck offers an additional 20 seats.
Seats on the ship are not numbered.
The ship is equipped with a toilet.
A buffet with hot and cold drinks is available on board.
