Description:
This cruise on the Elbląg Canal takes over 4.5 hours. It starts at the marina located at ul. Wodna 1b in Elbląg in the heart of the Old Town. The ship sails down the Elbląg River to the nature reserve on Druzno Lake. It is a unique water region because of the numerous species of water and mud birds that live here. It is also rich in a variety of flora, which accounts for its unique qualities. After about 2.5 hours, the ship arrives at the inclined planes section of the Elbląg Canal. During the cruise, passengers on board will take on 5 inclined planes, climbing “uphill” with the ship. A system of inclined planes, unique in the world, makes it possible to overcome almost 100 meters difference in height between Elbląg and Buczyniec, where the cruise ends.
After the cruise is over, there is a possibility to use the return transport taking you back to the marina in Elbląg.
During the cruise, we invite you to enjoy the buffet and order dishes from the menu prepared by Szalona Gęś cocktail & restaurant.
