Passenger Ship Ostróda
A double-decked ship that can take up to 65 passengers on board. Equipped with a buffet, toilet, lowered wheelhouse. The lower deck has 55 seats at tables, the upper viewing deck has an additional 24 seats. The ship sails on the route Buczyniec – Oleśnica – Buczyniec, during the sailing season it is stationed in Buczyniec on a daily basis. It is the youngest ship among the double-deck vessels of the Żegluga Ostródzko – Elbląska, at the same time the heaviest in terms of tonnage and the deepest in terms of immersion. The ship’s godmother is an honorary inhabitant of Ostróda, who circumnavigated the Earth alone on a sailing yacht – Krystyna Chojnowska-Listkiewicz.
