V. The right of the Service User to access, correct and delete their personal data
1. The bilety.zegluga.com.pl Website features a “User” page, through which, after logging in, the Service User registered on the Website has the right to access and rectify/amend their data. The Service User also has the right to request the cessation of processing of their data, their deletion from the database maintained by Żegluga Ostródzko – Elbląska Sp. z o.o. in Ostróda, and the right to transfer their data. Information about the Service User may be deleted from the database, while retaining accounting records in accordance with Polish accounting regulations and subject to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, by sending an email to the email address specified in Part I, Section 1.
2. Żegluga Ostródzko – Elbląska Sp. z o.o. in Ostróda may refuse to delete the Service User’s personal data, in particular if the Service User has not settled all amounts due to Żegluga Ostródzko – Elbląska Sp. z o.o. in Ostróda for the provision of paid Services to him or her or if the Service User has violated applicable law, and the retention of personal data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and determine the Service User’s liability.
