At Żegluga Ostródzko- Elbląskiej Sp. z o.o. in Ostróda we are very heavily involved in building the trust and feeling of security among our customers and companies working with us. Our activity has been fully adapted to EU regulations of the Resolution by the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) further called GDPR.
The Personal Data Administrator is: Żegluga Ostródzko–Elbląska Sp. z o.o. in Ostróda.
The Administrator processes personal data for the purpose of fulfilling provisions of the contract, placed orders, and performance of the Administrator’s legal obligations, including the issue and storage of invoices and accounting documents, as well as tax obligations. The collection of personal data is restricted to the minimum required to carry out the given purpose. Data is processed based on the 10 May 2018 Personal Data Protection Act (Official Journal of 2018 pos. 1000) and art. 6 item 1 pt. a) and b) of GDPR.
Your data may be disclosed to entities authorized on the basis of legal regulations, e.g. the Tax Office, bank, justice system – in the scope necessary to carry out the purpose of the given disclosure. We do not transfer personal data to any third countries or an international organizations. Data is stored for the duration of performing the purpose of processing and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
You have the right to access the contents of your data, amend it, delete or restrict the scope of processing, raise an objection against processing, transfer of data, retract the previously granted consent to processing (only in relation to data processed on the basis of art. 6 item 1 pt. a) of GDPR), as well as submit a complaint with the supervisory authority – Head of the Personal Data Protection Office, if the processing of data ADO violates personal data protection regulations.
We wish to ensure you that Żegluga Ostródzko- Elbląska Sp. z o.o. in Ostróda uses its best efforts to ensure all measures to secure personal data against accidental loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable GDPR provisions.
